Pizzeria Molino, Thurm - Bern

The waiter basically ignored us from the start, that's when we should have left. Once we ordered we had to wait for a good 1.5 hours for our food, when it came the salad we had ordered was missing and the pasta sauce had dried up...the responsible for the place did not feel responsible at all or apologetic, only one waiter was actually working that night, she was trying to attend to all of the requests which of course was impossible with the place being busy (Saturday evening). I did not have to pay for the Apérol Spritz (and the tap water...ha ha ha) but the guy could not even look me in the eye saying sorry...pathetic...on the bill there was a charge of 4 francs (no idea what for) the food would have been quite good if it would have been served straight out of the kitchen....

The restaurant is run by Italians and they serve real pizza and pasta, as well as deserts. Everything tastes like in Rome. A bit expensive like everywhere else but at least it’s worth it.

Great restaurant in the center of Bern with very friendly staff. And the food was delicious. Also very friendly and patiënt to our 1 year old son.

Ich besuche Molino sehr oft und war immer ziemlich zufrieden. Die Preise sind zwar höher, aber das Essen und der Service sind einfach hervorragend! Deswegen kann ich die negativen Kommentare über die Kellner nicht nachvollziehen; alle Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und aufgeschlossen!

Alles einfach nur ausgezeichnet! Das Essen ist super lecker und die Preise sind für die Lage wirklich fair. Ich zahle lieber 5 CHF mehr und bekomme frische, großartige und teilweise sogar selbstgemachte Zutaten auf dem Teller, anstatt Billigware und Tiefkühlprodukte. Der Kellner war sehr freundlich und hat mir alle Tagesdesserte zum Tisch gebracht, sodass ich auswählen konnte. Ich komme immer wieder gern in dieses Restaurant.
