Bidra med feedbackAccording to Bern standards, pizza is good, above the average. We ordered pizza by phone, but the guy I talked to was really rude! I asked him if he was able to speak Italian or English, but he answered in a very rude way: “no! I can not talk neither Italian nor English, only German! If you want to order pizza, just use our website!”. Of course, if you consider his answer, it was obvious that he was able to speak English, but he simply didn’t want to! This is a shame! If you describe your restaurant as an Italian restaurant, you must at least speak English if you can not speak Italian, because many Italian people are not able to speak German! If you refer to your restaurant as an Italian restaurant, be ready to speak some languages apart from German! Otherwise, your restaurant is a Swiss restaurant, not an Italian restaurant and you are just pretending to be an Italian restaurant!!! Peace&Love
Update March 17, 2024: After I found out the central contact address for complaints through this review and wrote again in writing, I received feedback from quality management. They apologized to me over the phone and confirmed in writing that they would strongly train the branch's employees. Additionally, I was refunded the amount of my entire order. There is still no statement from the local branch management. I also find it unacceptable that not all contact addresses for complaints are published by the branch (but sometimes via Google Reviews). Original: On January 3, 2024, I bit on a pit (probably an apricot) in the penultimate piece of my Porcini Pizza (order no. 06-24-012-71). This is absolutely unacceptable. I took a photo and reported the incident on site and to an internal Dieci email address. I was promised a voucher, but I have no interest in ordering from Dieci again. If Dieci were sorry and serious about apologizing, they would offer a refund and not a voucher.
There was a piece of glass on/in my last slice of pizza!!!!
I love Dieci's pizzas, but recently we've had to deal with major delays, which resulted in cold pizzas. The first time we reported this and we were given a 20 voucher. We received the next delivery within 10 minutes. However, we ordered again today and instead of 7:15 p.m. we received it at 7:45 p.m., again cold and not cut, even though we wanted it that way. What a shame!
Delivery ok Unfortunately the pizza wasn't the same as a Dieci pizza. The mozzarella was on the pizza like yogurt. Unfortunately it didn't taste the best either
