At the moment of course only pick up, but also here the service is great, the staff is incredibly friendly and cordial. Eat excellent, as always.
The mare e monte with its red brandise I took first out of the bus true- but not really serious (but an italian. . a mistake, how fast at first visit out. how cozy it is in the restaurant, they only notice when entering. the original interieur of wood beams, the glazed, winter garden-like part to the corner bismarck- poschingersztraße, which invite them to stay with a distinctive covered pre-garden, which is covered in winter with film windows. the friendliness and attention of the staff are highlighted, the kitchen is fast and so there are no long waiting times. the kitchen is highly recommended, so I enjoyed the steak in red wine sauce (a dense,!) but also other typical dishes such as pizza and pasta. the prices are very moderate, the lunch card in the week holds the menus of the day of about € 7-11 parat. so for example gnocchi alla sorrentina with a small green from the kitchen in the form of a fresh bruschetta and some olives, then a not so small, crisp fresh salad and sufficient broth before the main course, all together for 7.90 €.
Secrettip! a very nice restaurant with great ambiente see photo. you will receive very personally and friendly, can sit outside (protected) and inside. there is a very large selection and the steak with red wine sauce, as well as the pizza were very good. the most beautiful with it, it is affordable. fair prices for very good food. we will definitely come here more often.
This is a pretty great Italian restaurant a bit more chic than the usual circumnavigation billich pizzeria, but for that you also get reasonable eating in excellent quality! but slowly, let's start with the beginning: the mare e monte had loudly reported from the aftermath for years a rather tedious existence. I discovered during a walk through the winter kiez that something had changed. there suddenly stood a chalkboard hm ... and there were also suddenly people sitting in the restaurant hm, hm ... the view of the menu aha, which was also new three times hm ... a new operator so, juhuuu! hardly a chance occurred, already we stood in the local, the most attentive husband of the world and I. we gönnted ourselves for test purposes a common front dish. rehearsal passed! We cheered each other in a glass of white wine. on this evening the restaurant was very well visited, a sheer unattendable amount of service personnel (at least 5) was on the way to provide the guests. we had a waiter who was well trained and really nice, pleasantly funny, very unkünstelt. at this first visit we discovered that there is a large evening buffet every Monday. the next time we came on Monday, and we brought in reinforcements: a friendly couple. the evening became a full success, and the bufett was a real knüller! there was a large selection of different appetizers, well prepared, tasty dressed and very tasty. I love picking and tasting something here and there, and I like to take a nice and fish. the vitello tonnato was very ok, moreover I tried a bit marinated and fried vegetables and a light salad also excellent with fresh champignons. I had to try two times from the very good fried sardines. after that necessarily followed a longer break, and to the end I had a mixed dessert plate with pannacotta and everything was best. we were all very fond of eating, my three companions also fed through the grease, and all that landed on the tellers was praised eagerly. was constantly relocated what was good, because the local was broken, all tables were occupied, even on the covered terrace. the service worked sharply. at least 5 6 waitresses and waiters were on this evening, but the course was smooth. great organized! the next visit was already summer, and I decided for a light dish from the daily menu: very fine roasted tintenfischleins (calamaretti) on rucola. the rucola really tasted fresh and spicy, which is worth mentioning because in berlin there are often completely taste-free rucola. fresh small, slightly fried tomaten gave a bit sweet, which harmonized very well with the light little bit. my taste! I was thrilled and enjoyed happy every bite. my well-being companion was also done: he naturally glowed a seafood salad without the notorious surimi, but with real fish and real shrimps and with very good olive oil refined. He drank a pleasantly soft and light white house wine. this time we noticed the attentive, fast service. when suddenly a mighty storm broke off, all the workers included padrone, whom we had met now, were immediately on the terrace and helped the guests to find the way to the protected restaurant. especially beautiful: older guests were preferred and especially lovingly led to the first restaurant. only when all guests were in safety, the team took care of kissing, covering and everything else. they were already flashing, and we decided to stay a little longer spontaneously. We didn't find it hard, because we feel comfortable here.
