It is small and cozy, and more importantly, the menu never disappoints regardless whether you're looking for a pasta dish, a quick sandwich or even just an espresso. The owner and staff are all very friendly and know how to make guests feel at home.
Was here for my brothers party event with around 20 friends. Federico the owner was a gracious host and the food was amazing. Everyone in our group were left satisfied and stuffed. InCibus left us wanting for more and I will be back for more. Thanks again Fede.
I went there for New Year's eve dinner, the place was crowded as happens during these kind of events. I chose a starter of prosciutto crudo, a first course of vegetarian ravioli and a main course of brasato al barolo, the cooking was very good with attention paid to the quality which in my experience is not common in restaurants when in the hurry of serving a lot of people, more than usual like during events. Besided the serving was a bit slow but fine and cheerful. I sipped a good offer of accompanying italian wines, prosecco for the starter and nebiolo red wine with the meal, although I personally enjoy more sicilian and apulian bold red types. I have been told this is a recently started business, if so I think they can really succed and make their name there.
The place is cozy, confortable and relaxing. The people who work there are al very kind and frendly, and the service is fast. The food is good, fresh and plated well. I hope to cane back soon!
