Fabulous Route 66 50s Diner - Berlin

Not recommended cocktails bad and if you say something you don't get served anymore, the staff is simply unqualified, they don't accept my colored woman

I was there during my Berlin vacationer and was thrilled. Delicious food very courteous and friendly staff. Unfortunately, I am not always allowed to experience that with handicaps.

Hello, we were in Route 66 yesterday, that I liked to visit a few years ago. Unfortunately, the restaurant is really not recommended anymore. We waited for 1.5 hours for the food, small wishes such as burgers without onions without drink without ice were totally disregarded and the answer of the service to the long waiting period was only regrettable: ...the in the kitchen are so common, which already meant long ago, the food was ready or ..here all have to wait so long. Two people got something to eat, the third person was forgotten and got nothing more about the evening, even though she waited very patiently. The third neighboring table had to be vaccinated before there was something to eat. In summary, it can be said that the service and the kitchen staff were totally overwhelmed, the food was ok, but also really not anymore, we never had to wait so long for our food and we will no longer visit the restaurant.

Our first visit on Sunday with a preordered table for 5 people. the restaurant was completely overcrowded, in which graceful were placed too many people for the tables there simply without asking us before. some people put on our table. only after we complained to the cook, another table was assigned to us just as close. there are hardly any possibilities to hang up the winter jackets and motels somewhere, even these had to be pushed onto the far too narrow seating possibilities. the staff was totally overwhelmed as long as they had to wait for drinks. in the restaurant it was extremely loud because of the many people, because the narrow walks a lot of guests and employees so that more often something fell and went to break. the bufett was rich and qualitatiw very good, but unfortunately the whole impression could not stand out. all in all, it was again a bad experience more to brunch I cannot recommend the route 66.
