First I called 1 1/2 hours before the date (20:00) directly at bellucci, as a worker told me he could not accept any reservations anymore, as there was still a big company and he didn't know if then would be still for me!!!! I then lied to opentable and booked a table for 4 people at 20:00. very short time later I got the booking confirmation from open table. immediately after that, about 1 minute later, I received a chaotic call from bellucci that I should not come in any case, as no more table is free. I'll book somewhere else. the confirmation of open table remained upright and now I should also rate the restaurant. what's going on? can I leave in the future on open table? who was miscreating?
