Avanti Ristorante - Berlin

Never been to such a restaurant. You are placing a card that registers what food and drink you order, not that there are any serving staff to order from how you go to the cooking area, order your food from the... Then stand and wait. Not sure how it would work if there was a large group of you who want to eat together. The food was nothing special and it would not be an experience we would repeat in the future.

This is an Italian restaurant that is quite popular at least in warm evenings as it has outdoor seats. Food is usually Italian with mostly pasta and pizza on the menu. Tables outside are very close together, which can be a problem if someone next... begins to smoke.

Greet service and beautiful surroundings, not expensive, delicious food, it is very easy to find this restaurant.

The restaurant is situated in a side street off KuDam. We did not go inside. The outside tables were nice. The friendly waiter took our order promptly. We ordered a mixed salad and the Italian antipasti platter. Both dishes were good. The people at the...next table were eating pizza which looked good. The restaurant is good to visit if you happen to be passing by and you are hungry.

Ok but note more, you could sit outside and that was nice, slow service and the food was ok a bit overpriced ... meny limited.
