Caffe Chiave - Berkeley

I was have my car serviced a few blocks away. I had a Mocha while sitting in the sun at one of their tables.The coffee was great!!! If I am in the area and wanting coffee--I would come here.

Cute little place and the baked goods look super tasty! Didn't try them, bought an iced latte and honestly? Not a hit. Its so sweet and only tastes like milk.. no coffee. Probably won't revisit since the service wasn't very friendly either during ordering.

Large open and airy. caffe chiave is a great place to get a coffee and a morning bite. the owners/operators keep a nice place with lots of fresh air that I know is appreciated by those who want to bring home what they went for. trieste has gone to berkeley, but the place, the johnny left still has friendly smiles on the theke.

Really good beer and great food. I love taking people here for lunch.
