Starbucks - Berkeley Heights

Looks like luxury, but missed the mark on a few basics: Pros: modern, pleasing decor upscale location amazing complimentary breakfast Cons: dirty, stained sofa bed no maid service on 1 of our 3 night stay no vent in bathroom on premise Starbucks customer service quality was poor hallway had distinct odor (burnt) card keys kept failing beds uncomfortable (caved in the middle)

When you ask for light ice you get extra. When you pay for sweet cream cold foam you barely get any. $9 for a drink, not worth it

This was one of the nicest Embassy Suites we stayed at. Everything was so nice, rooms were very clean! Would definitely recommend staying at this property. Beds were very comfortable and if I am in the area again this would be the hotel I would be staying at.

The Starbucks is in a great location and have a lot of spaces inside and outside. But the services is poor. There’s always bugs inside the food pantry on the front and employees are always eating or drinking while customers Waite on line. The drinks come out way different than other Starbucks, they barely put any effort to make it to Starbucks standard. Not going back anymore

Coffee is always amazing. These stores definitely need more Baristas so you're not waiting 10mins for a Coffee and the prices are high so getting Starbucks is more of a treat than a daily thing.Food: 4/5
