Had a brilliant lunch here last week. Great food and wine, reasonably priced. Good choice of dishes and a buffet style available too. Very good selection of wine available,by glass or bottle. Staff are great, attentive,but not intrusive, central location too. Worth a visit

Good food at excellent prices. If you are staying locally in a self catering flat you can buy ready made food. Try the prociutoo crudo and the mozzarella di buffala. Luca, one of the people you will find working there, speaks very good french and has a very good knowledge of wines. They do very good `aperitivi` with nibbles. Try the Fabule wines .. they are excellent. And to make a change from your usual Chianti . try the Morellino di Scansano if he has it.

The Aperol Spritz for the lady was served in a normal drinking glass with plenty of aperol but hardly any sparkles and no taste the required stint of Prosecco. My glass of Prosecco was small and not cold. We missed the olives or cheese on the house. Especially as the place is a charcuterie as well as a bar. Too bad. But the service was very sweet.
