The service is terrible. I don't mind paying for food and drinks when the service is efficient and quick. But that is not the case for Trail-Inn. We were ignored for about 10 minutes initially when we arrived and sat down. After we went up to the counter to ask if we are supposed to order at the bar or if it was table service, they told us it was table service, so we sat back down. They still didn't come to our table for another 10 minutes, only after we flagged a staff down to ask her for a menu. After ordering, they messed up our order. One drink came about 10 minutes before the next drink. We had asked for some specific to be removed from our meal when ordering, however the food came out wrong. And this was a matter of allergies. It is such a shame because it is a great location and the food was average. But the service was terrible. Non attentive staff and constantly needing to wave them down. We were unable to enjoy all of our drinks together. And the same story when we wanted to leave and pay the bill. After asking for the bill and waiting for a long time we ended up going up to pay for it. And it wasn't even busy. It was a weekday and hardly anyone else at the venue. Very disappointing and a waste of time and money. I would not come here again.
