Bidra med feedbackAlways pay again! Summary: Spiesberger's Alpine cuisine is a highlight for itself. Service, food and ambience are excellent. Service: With a smile you will be greeted by the team of Alpine cuisine and guided to a table. Very attentive and accommodating all the time, with the right amount of restraint you give the guest room and time. Very pleasant! Food: Shortly after lunch, I ordered an Kaiserschmarrn (without raisins with Zwetschgenröster). The waiting period was corresponding to an Kaiserschmarrn. Meanwhile, my drink was served flott. The squirrel with light tan tasted excellent and was best complemented by the ****. The portion first seemed a little small on the plate, but sat on the point. With just over 10€ also reasonable from the price. For dessert I can recommend the homemade ice cream (with Watzmannpraline! . Ambience: Very stylish and modern furnished with lots of wood, the ornaments on the tables or the stacked wood on the window. The highlight, however, is the original “Hütte” that takes the rear end of the room. It just fits! Conclusion: Well eat in a modern environment with great views of Watzmann Co. At any time and again!
Not only by far the most beautiful views of the mountains, but the culinary experiences are a dream, were often in the restaurant and enjoyed the food and service. If an hour later one of the super tasty cakes and cakes seduce us, the day is perfect. We like to come back.
After visiting the experiential exhibition in the house of the mountains, on a Friday in late summer, we returned to Spiesberger's lunch spontaneously (the apostroph must leave! Alpine cuisine. We got a table in the rustic, cosy wooden hut in the left part of the guest room and immediately felt comfortable. Drinks and food came flott, we were always friendly and fast served. Here you can also find exceptional Bavarian dishes on the menu, almost experimentally like the Gamsknödel, inexpensively slightly above average, but still OK in the price/performance ratio. The next time in the house of the mountains, the Kaiserschmarrn is sampled according to a family recipe, the description was very tempting.
A great culinary experience in the midst of an impressive Berpanoramas! Ambiente This is how you imagine Bavaria! A spacious guest room with a great wooden decoration, where you can discover one or other unique that you would prefer to have for your own four walls. A highlight is also the small rustic wooden hut at the rear end of the interior. Cosiness is great, also on the following sun terrace, which points with the distinctive Watzmann view. In beautiful weather, the places here are naturally hot. Service Kindness is raised without it affecting. Everything will be done to make the guest feel comfortable. The staff always has a smile on the lips, is courtesy and careful. You realize that they understand their subject and live for gastronomy. Eat The selection is large but not overloaded. A real quality feature. Because less is often more. Quantity not only overwhelms the guest, but also the cook, and then the taste suffers. My Kaiserschmarrn with Zwetschgenröster was very tasty and beautifully dressed. Just the right portion to not roll out the restaurant. Conclusion If you are in Berchtesgaden, a detour in Spiesberger's Alpine cuisine must not be missed. What an eye, what a palate and a lot of heart!
Grounded, excellent cuisine, loving friendly service, beautiful ambience and very successful measures to protect against coronal infections. You can feel comfortable and safe here. We are looking forward to our next visit.
