Something changed in their service recently. last 2 orders were missing an item and now had an item made incorrectly. when I called the store about it I was told they must have updated the app and they were going to have to charge again with a discount to get the food I ordered the way I ordered it. They lost a repeat customer today and unfortunately I can't recommend they will meet delivery expectations/experience.
Manny is his name I believe. He made it clear he was the Assistant Manager acting as General Manager. One of the worst people I've ever been in contact with a food establishment. Saw him berate an employee and directed his attitude towards customers. His whole demeanor was terrible. The woman up front was a delight though. I feel bad for the employees who work with this much of an angry person.
I had a valid coupon, I called and had trouble honoring it. The flier came to my house. I have ordered many times from Marco 's. Today I asked for my military discount to be applied and was told I couldn 't get it because I was having it delivered. My question was 1 there is a specific number on the military ID much like a social security number. I could do as I have to do at OReillys auto parts and provide that number. The ASSt Manager gets on the phone and starts saying I need to calm down or he is going to hang up. I was not mad or angry or even frustrated I wanted to ask if I come to the store this time could I put a note in my account after showing proof of my military service would this be keep on file for future deliveries. I didn 't get to finish what I wanted to ask because he said over and over again sir,sir,sir,sir I said don 't call me sir, just listen to my question. He said I respect my elders. Not knowing my age or anything. Regardless in his attempt to be polite he was actually quite rude and pushy. I merely had a question and he didn 't want to hear it. I went to the store threw the flier on the counter and said don 't send this sh to my house again. Yes, now I was mad at this point. Many times I have ordered but today was my last attempt until they fix their staff. Love the pizza and salad combinations but this turned me away. Look at my orders after reading this and know that it was in no way the quality of food, rather the treatment by the staff. Maybe after things change hands in a few years I might return.
I tried to place an order over the phone with a young man. I canceled my order due to the fact that the young man that was trying to take my order was being disrespectful. This young guy needs more training in customer service. He does not have people skills at all. I always order my pizza at this location. I will now take my business somewhere else.
