I've always loved Wendy's since I was littleKid-friendliness: I love there service so much they respect others

Wendy's is significantly better than other major burger chains.I always enjoy going there.

Been to this location only twice, once in the morning, food was rushed, was cold treated like I was trying to steal,when I had missing items, felt like I bothered them. Then I came tonight for some dinner after coming out of work. Drive thru guy seemed annoyed, didn't wanna respond was rude with the way he responded when I asked for sauce and food to be made fresh. Just got the vibe that I annoyed them. Sorry just like them I work and wish I had to time to eat at home instead, but I was tired just wanted to have some dinner. Honestly won't come here unless last resort. Rather go to the one on the other side of town by mall view rd. If you can't give good customer service then maybe it's not the right fit... had to edit this, the food was not fresh, tasted old, come on man I even apologized for asking it to be fresh while I ordered..

I took my 11 year old grandson. He wanted to try the sour cream and chives baked potato. He also ordered a medium ice tea, no ice. We went thru the drive thru. We arrived home within 10 minutes. He was disappointed. He was given a full medium cup.. full of ice to the top ! He's not going back. Because of the ice situation.

Customer service could be nicer and please make sure that food is fully cooked someone could get sick.
