I recently placed an order and left a comment on 2 of the 3 dishes, unfortunately, as usual, this was not read by the kitchen. I got an undercooked baked potato again. After I called, a new one was sent after 45 minutes, but another mistake was made and I was given the wrong order (I did not immediately open the bag because my appetite was gone). This time I called in annoyance and asked what kept going wrong and indicated that I was bothered by the mistakes that were made (I would rather not have someone at the door at 11:05 PM). The lady I spoke to was rude and not empathetic: She indicated that she did not know where the mistakes were made. Indicated that it happens more often, to which I received the response that I should not order anymore. An extremely bizarre reaction that shows that you would rather chase the customer away instead of better managing/approaching the staff/kitchen. We had take away (it is funny that take away has discounts but dine in doesn't). Beef burrito had minced beef in it instead of pulled. And the souce of the burrito tasted so plain.
