Dunkin' - Benson

Easily the best Dunkin I've been to. We go here a lot and they always seem to be very friendly (despite short staffing)! They have done a great job with our orders! It's fast food, sometimes they miss something..no sweat. Our coffee is always great. Wish they had a healthier option(s), but I understand what they are, and will continue to come!

Dunkin was classic Dunkin. The donuts were good, there was no wait, and the cashier was fine. Can't really elaborate on this experience as it met expectations.

On 08/02 at around 2pm, I used my Dunkin app to order a coffee and in hurry, forgot to change the location, so when I got to the drive-thru window the young lady said she never received my order. I showed her my phone and the order number; promptly made my coffee and was very polite about the whole thing.
