The lady was very rude and even tried to ignore me until the lady behind me told her I was there first. She still gave me an attitude. I'm often here, but today will be the last.

The bread is good .But the tamales doesn't was discussing and so expensive 14 dollars for6 wow

The owner was very nice and it was our first time here and he was explaining his history and all of his available products to us, will be coming back to try the rest, you have to come really early to be able to try out most of the things because he will sell out late in the morning

Rosalia gave bad customer service. I live 15 minutes away and obviously I am not going back to a bakery for two pieces of bread that she forget to place in my bag. She claims that she checked the cameras, but how can you check so fast and constantly swear that you placed them in the bag? I've never had a bad experience and I will not come back. Be sure I will tell friends/family about my experience and to not come here. It's not even about the cost of the bread but the inconvenience of coming home and not finding what i ordered. Then, she has the audacity to tell me that maybe my husband ate them? Why would I waste my time to try to get two pieces of bread free lol makes no sense but it's also not fair that you pay and you don't receive the items. She then said she will not waste her time and hung up on me. What kind of company does this! So unprofessional. Thanks to your customers and through recommendations you have a job. Be sure, I will be posting my experience on social media because no one should be going through this.
