Let's Bake Cookie Company - BENSALEM

Liz and her daughter were both so amazing to work with! My boyfriend and I wanted to do something special for our moms for Mother's Day and our private class did not disappoint. Liz worked with me months ago to plan what we could make for a variety of different skill levels, and we landed on fruit tarts w/ cream filling chocolate tarts. Both were absolutely outstanding and we've been able to share our leftovers with family and friends.

I took my granddaughter here as a present for her birthday. We arrived and I could stay or leave her there. I felt that she was safe and decided to leave her for the class, after consulting with her dad. There also wasn't a lot of space for extras and I wanted her to do her baking independently. My husband and I stayed in the area and had breakfast, hit Home Depot and then returned for the grand baby. She said she had a great time and brought home fudge, a Carmel Apple, icing and something else that I can't remember. The kids were also served snacks while there. The staff was friendly and provided details on what they did and also emailed the recipes so they could be made at home. They also do private and semi-private lessons, which my granddaughter is interested in. I may check into this for later in the summer.

Liz did a private cake class for our group of 10 high school girls. The class was fun and very hands on. Every girl brought home their creations which were beautiful and delicious. Liz was also easy to work with to set up and personalize the class. Highly recommend her classes.

I went to Let's Bake Cookie Company for a networking event among many events Liz has thrown at her bake shop. If you want to plan your child's birthday party at the shop, or a small group team meeting, this is a nice space for gathering. Space aside, they host cooking classes of all kinds for families, teens, and after school programs for the kids. I'm looking forward to attending one of their nutrition paleo classes soon! Liz is very friendly and works with whatever theme you need- unicorn galaxy, rainbow cakes, whatever you need. She is also great for putting together trays of desserts for business meetings and get togethers. I love her delicious Christmas cinnamon buns!!

I took my little girl here for a kinderchef baking class and it was amazing! The owner, Liz was so great with the kids. She was knowledgable, patient and so kind you can tell she really cares about what she does. We can't wait to go back!
