Bidra med feedbackThis is the third time I have gone through drive through, driven away and my order was completely wrong. I order through the drive through, they repeat it back correctly and I still get the wrong items. My fault for not checking but I would expect themto get their orders correct. Another day and more wasted money.
Always fast, always friendly. great coffee and baked.
I was overcharged for my order, and the cheese on my sandwich was just slapped on—not hot or melted at all. When I inquired about the pricing, the staff responded rudely. They didn't provide a bag, napkins, or any condiments with my meal. I won't be returning. I'll be sticking with WaWa for a quick breakfast—much more affordable and much better customer service.
I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru at 7:30 PM, but eventually I just decided to back out and leave because it wasn't worth the wait. It's 2022, and there's no reason for a 20-minute wait with only three cars ahead of me. If you're thinking about stopping here, consider driving a bit further to a better Dunkin' Donuts.
My order is always correct even though they rush through it but why aren?t they wearing gloves! We are in the middle of a pandemic and I think that?s a must for any food service any day of the week.. also they are rude and impatient. Very rarely you get a hi back or have a good day back!
