What can I see other than these guys are awesome. I recently had the Smokestack guys cater for my wedding and they absolutely smashed it, including being able to adapt their food to cater for our dietry requirements, which included low FODMAP, Gluten Free, and even one guest who is allergic to meat (yes thats right). Everyone we invited to the wedding has commented on how great the food was, including a mates wife, who happens to be from Texas, stating that brisket was on point, and that the pumpkin pie was up there with what she would get back home. Massive thanks to Justin, Scott, and the two Leighs. You guys really helped make our day what it was.
