Casa Diverso Cafe & Restaurant

Fantastic pizzas are perfect for a family meal while visiting Bendigo. The service was good and efficient, but the restaurant could improve its Italian ambiance.

When the two pastas arrived I couldn't tell them apart, Matricana and Seafood Fettuccine. There was little or no seafood and it looked like tinned tomato thrown over pasta. My husbands was no better. They were both pure slop. The herb bread was just slices of bread stuck together with cheese. I tried a fork full and left it so did my husband. Absolute waste of $40.

Casa Diverso is absolutely worth dining at or ordering takeout The meal portions are large and the choices large. I love the steak and mushroom sauce with salad... the sauces are amazing on all meals. There’s a bar that’s not too pricey You can call and pre order meals and collect or have them delivered I’ve never experienced a long wait. I absolutely enjoyed celebrating my birthday here and would again and again. Thanks to the staff for always putting that extra effort in

We used TuckerFox to order dinner from this cafe and have done so twice now. We have been very pleased with all the food we have ordered. I tried the chicken al florentine, which had a creamy sauce with mushrooms on a grilled chicken breast. The chicken had a delicious flame grilled flavor. I also tried the grilled barramundi, both dishes came with vegetables. My partner had the lasagna and ordered vegetables as a side. The prices are reasonable as well. My only complaint is that when we have ordered food for a specific time, it has been delivered early and ended up cold by the time we got home. When we brought this issue to the cafe's attention, they did not seem to care or understand. As a result, we will only order from here when the arrival time is not critical.
