Slick's Que Co - Bend

This place rocks the BBQ. I was just once, but I will definitely be back! We ordered the 1/2 ribs and I was impressed by its size 8 very fleshy ribs (almost more than I could eat. The Coleslaw has a great taste, but is a little juicier when I usually had to drop it while waiting to take a bite. The baked beans are amazing that I couldn't identify the unique taste first, then they were cooked with pineapple bits. Very good! The sauces were also very delicious the regular has a wonderful taste and the spicy is, good, spicy, but also great taste and not too hot. And I love her hand washing machine! In the end, the owners were so nice and friendly that I would only return because of their customer service setting, even if the food is not Top Notch (which it is definitely!

I'm from Texas and picky on BBQ. Slick's good. It's much better than Baldys, in my opinion. My 9-year-old agrees. Our favorite article on their menu is the bride. After the end of the Briske you can ask the marbled end or the lean end. Of course, take the marbled end. Their ribs are also excellent. I wish they fried okra. I heard they were earlier.

I had lunch with my wife here. I love BBQ, but she's not really a fan because it can be dry and she doesn't like how much sauce is sometimes on stuff. Anyway Slicks BBQ was AMAZING! She said it was the best BBQ she ever had. This is because Slick does not cook over his meat and let the sauce put on IF you want. all meat has wonderful taste and NONE of it is dry. Also the turkey (the face makes it a hard bird to cook) was nicely moist and delicate. We both left full and satisfied for under $30 (two meats two sides bread and a drink) service provided by Roy himself, and atmosphere was wonderful! Make sure to try your hand washing machine VERY COOL!

Impossibly polite and attentive hostess, badly pulled pig and brisket (at least), immaculately clean restaurant and interesting decor with a completely restored Ford tractor. Not necessarily inexpensive, but unless you starve, you will end with some remains when you get a record.. And again, a super nice hostess brings you into a good mood immediately. Looks like these people are doing exactly what they want to do and feeding us all good food. Recommended!

I took my family to their Bend location. The service was good and the food was great. Plus they have a really neat hand wash machine to clean the sticky stuff off your fingers when you are done!
