Salute - Bend

We had a wonderful evening with incredible Italian dishes. We sat comfortably in a stand. Fast service, warm food, wonderful presentation and remarkable taste. Recommend Brussels, Pesto fish, pear salad and blueberries. Delicious! I just have to drink coffee.

Had the swordfish (especially). Should've got the lamb. The dish was excellently cooked and prepared, but the lemon seemed to be the star of the steak. Steak himself was either Bland or all the taste of the fish was robbed by the lemon. Server was excellent and attentive. The restaurant became loud and I could hardly hear my wife from me. It was an original place. Wife had 3 cheeses ravioli....so good!! Portion a bit on the easier side for garbage disposals like my self.

Specials of the day always great, menu very good to wine list and prices are good. Love the place.

Twila and all employees are super amazing. We had the best time chatting enjoying wine and the food was fantastic!

This was the best meal I’ve had in the past five years in Bend Oregon. I will definitely be back. From the beginning, service was great, and every part of the meal was delicious and perfect.
