Crux Fermentation Project - Bend

Cool place. Very traditional brewery atmosphere with a good selection of beers and ciders. They have food inside or you can get from the food carts out back. They have games and a fire pit out in the yard as well. Beers are a tad expensive but it's craft so it's to be expected. Otherwise good experience here.

We visited Crux for a Holiday Fair and were quite impressed with the atmosphere and the charcuterie board! Probably the best board in Bend at a wine/beer bar. I was shocked to learn they also make their own wine which was actually pleasant. Be warned if you order the red you will want to warm it in your hands or next to the fire. Man, what a great brewpub. Tons of wonderful beer options on tap and a great outdoor space with a couple food trucks, picnic tables and an amazing view of the mountains.

What an amazing night at Crux! Outdoor patio hanging out by the fire enjoying some amazing Ales! Great indoor space, covered patio rad fire pit plus large grass area for when the weathers nice.
