5 Fusion Sushi Bar - Bend

I recreate this place because I hang around a sushiphile and often arrange me in random restaurants with avocado roles and we all know that all avocado roles don't arise the same way. although this place is not tailored to vegan (from her meat heavy menu,) they are in the did on vegans. the dishes can be veganized by spending speck (brussel sprouts). also the drinking water was pure and lacked in chlorine odor or taste.

Eating was great even though a sushi roll was a tad fishing. it was funny to be up, good ambiente, though loud. the prices have risen, but it is still a great restaurant!

That's the first time I've eaten in this restaurant for a few years. from some reason it fell out of our rotation somehow. everything was very good and the waiter was very attentive. I probably wouldn't order one of the sushi reels we had. sometimes raw fish simply do not have enough taste when mixed with rice and other things. Otherwise, the food quality and the presentation were on site!

5 Fusion exceeded our expectations for fun, fine cuisine in Bend dramatically the food was not only delicious but gorgeously presented, staff were superb, ambiance delightful. A bit noisy but still, wow!

Fabulous experience! Sascha, Executive Chef, greeted us warmly. Kelly, our fantastic waiter was knowledgeable, friendly thoughtful! The meal was delicious!!
