5 Fusion Sushi - Bend

The sushi was very good. The hot food was also good but be sure to keep an open mind some of the combinations sounded a little odd but tasted great. We had the Ramen.

Absolutely the BEST in bend. Spot on for food, drinks, and service. Sasha (owner) and Jason (GM) truly care about your experience here. Our server was Josh and he is great as well. Everything is FRESH and flavorful. We LOVE the negi hama, hearts of palm, spicy Celine roll, and banafe(desert), but everything is good. Just close your eyes and pick a random item and you will still be happy. We also recommend the botanist drink. Super refreshing. Enjoy!

Based on the prices, I had high expectations than the pretentious, yet mediocre, sushi which was presented. My wife and I shared 4 orders of nigiri, 1 roll, and tea which rung up a 100 dollar bill. If the sushi was out of this world good, I'd understand, but as I chewed on the sushi-go-round grade fish while staring at their “avant garde” photography made with a basic application of Photoshop's clone stamp tool, whilst sipping on a $5 “tea bag from a box” green tea, my dissatisfaction grew more … – show

Red flag when their sashimi is farmed fish. This isn’t the Midwest, an Oregon sushi restaurant should be able to get wild salmon and not over charge for Atlantic Salmon.
