Wendy's - Benbrook

I waited for 10 minutes for a double Cheeseburger commo order and I got a kindermahlburger with cold fries. should no longer have expected from the inbred search staff.

They used to be ok. The food the last few times I've been has been cold, soggy and chewy. Done with Wendy's. Plus $18 for two burger meals. No thanks. I'll make my own from now on.

Just purchased a large french fry and a coke and the fries were cold when I asked them for fresh it looks like they just threw them back in the fryer extremely greasy and crunchy and hard

Like most Texans my family loves Whataburger, but their drive through is simply too slow, pre-covid as well. So last Sunday we took the opportunity to pickup dinner at this Wendy's across the street. All the food was prepared and presented in a thoughtful manner. The chicken salad was cold and fresh, everything was hot, the order was accurate and delivered in a timely fashion. I try to eat as low carb as possible which usually relegates me to a salad and bun less burger. Whataburger usually throws the ingredients in a large plastic tray; which honestly isn't very appetizing. Here at Wendy's they took the time to place the bun less burger in a properly sized container with fresh romaine lettuce in a way that actually made me want to eat it.

Supposed to open at 6:30am? Nope. Was looking forward to breakfast croissant. Didn’t happen. Either get new management and/or employees, or close it.
