Bidra med feedbackThe best bangda I ever had ... fresh sea food and good facilities ! The beautiful white sand beach has this cool shack with lovely food. Service was prompt and food was fresh ! Loved being here.
Have been coming to this place since 2012. Once every 2 years, and it's been just the same amazing!<br/ Came with my parents, who have come here for the very first time. Both are sceptical about eating out, yeah, just the opposite of me. But well, this is our story.<br/ First ordered Budweiser and Corona for my dad and I, and while that was savoured, in came the beef tongue, the squid Recheado, Goan Red Rice and Pork Vindaloo and Chicken Hakka Noodles.<br/ <br/ Well, the beef tongue was a delight, thick disks of beef tongue and potato in a creamy green gravy was just the best thing to start with.<br/ <br/ The Squid Recheado is my all time favourite, which I tend to order everytime and at everyplace in Goa. It was succulent, flavoursome and well portioned. Just divine!!<br/ <br/ I then placed an order for the Bailey's, which I've been wanting to have for a while now, that no doubt is one of a kind liqueur with its own distinctive fragrance, smoothness and taste.<br/ <br/ The main course came in which was Goan Red Rice and Pork Vindaloo Oh the taste! Soft pieces of tender pork and a spicy gravy with the steaming rice was just out of this world!<br/ <br/ They did serve a small side of Pickle, which was homemade Mango pickle, divine with each bite and truly worthy to pen down.<br/ <br/ Finally the Chicken Hakka Noodles came in, and it disappeared in no time! Freshness in the noodles, quantity was just appropriate, but the taste was at point!<br/ <br/ All of this and the bill was just ₹1,999/ <br/ <br/ I did want to have Kings Beer, but it wasn't in stock, but that doesn't take away from the fact that the service was great, the ambience, and the food too.<br/ <br/ Cheers to Pedro's for a delightful experience!
Visited last Saturday for dinner; it hosts live music on the Saturday nights.I found this place comparatively cheaper than the other eateries on the Benaulim beach. The only disappointment was lack of choice and availability of desserts. We had masala fried calamaries; calamaries were super fresh and tasted great with the spicy goan masala mixture. Our next starter was chilli chicken which apparently had fallen bland in front of the calamari dish. Individually it was good, goan style. For mains we opt for chilli garlic mixed noodles. They serves hakka style of noodles and sauces were served separately; so one can mix those as per taste. Fried garlic on the top adds a crunchy bite and great flavour to the noodles.Pocket pinch: 1K for two.Uparnabh Ghoshal
Beach side restaurants are my favorite. The feeling of calm, the breeze. Nowhere else do I enjoy a beer more. Great food. We had an usual Goan meal but was one of the best I've ever had. Fried Lepo(sole fish) were fresh and lucious. They could have had more masala/spiciness but were delicious nonetheless. Tisryo(clams) Sukha was good but I've had better. Rechead Bangdo(Mackerel) was delectable. Flavor was spot on, I was in love. Prawns curry never disappoints and it did not. Right amount of sour and spice. You could find me scrounging for the lady fingers in it(I love those in curry). The service was a let down. Once they got us our first order no one even came close to our table. We had to look for the staff and when we spotted anyone, we had to scream to call them. Didn't matter much as we were busy chatting and had time to spare. A good experience overall.
