Furtado's Restaurant - Benaulim

This restaurant is located on Sernabatim Beach in South Goa, offering a nice view of the beach. I visited during the Christmas week and found the waiters to be casually dressed and unprofessional. We ordered crispy chicken for starters, but were disappointed with the quality of the dish served as it was not crispy. The Manchow soup was also cold and tasted strange. Despite peak tourism in Goa, the restaurant lacked a festive atmosphere with no music and a boring ambiance. I requested music multiple times, but it seemed like the staff were not attentive. When I finally spoke to the manager, they started playing music. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant as the staff recruitment and food quality were both poor and unprofessional.

Our group of 6 friends visited this restaurant and made a reservation in advance, but it turned out to be unnecessary as it wasn't busy yet. The portion sizes were generous and well worth the money. We enjoyed dishes such as tomato soup, manchow soup, seafood, cheese garlic naan, steaks, red snapper with fries and salad, veg xacuti, veg fried rice, and chicken noodles, all of which were delicious. The staff was friendly and the beachfront location was beautiful.

We had a wonderful meal at this restaurant with our family. The service was excellent and the food quality was top-notch.

Our furtado’s visit them to us the worst when it comes to eating that we enjoyed the ambiente and the prospects around, but when we got our food, the rotten chicken was used, the bad smell even have chicken bones black markers. Eating wasn't even frisssbar, it's just bad. please youngs improve their food quality either better close their restaurant.

We were a group of six, all family , visited furtados for lunch VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED Filthy chairs Filthy tables and tablecloths Waiters very shabbily dressed Food very very mediocre cannot recomend a single dish We has fish fingers which were ordered for the kids...and they were full of bones We had prawns,and lepos also very ordinary in taste The whole ambience very very dirty and I would not recomend this restaurant
