Kfc - Belvidere

My husband paid $15 for a 3 piece big box little did we know the only big thing about it is it was a big joke! The chicken was just sad the fries were cold....... honestly the biscuit was the best part!!!!

To start off tonight; February 24th, 2024 which ever girl that was voicing the drive thru continued to cut us off while ordering AFTER it took them 5-7 minutes to answer the drive thru even though the parking lot and drive thru and lobby had no customers. She gave loads of attitude. and every other experience in the past year hasn’t been great either. I get people need work and workers but there HAS GOT TO BE BETTER STAFF THEN WHAT IT IS NOW. Previously I have gotten cold food; hard chicken, wrong orders nothing corrected when contacted). -5/10 do not recommend :

After getting takeout home we found the Chicken was old, dry and greasy. Ordered biscuits and decided to use them for baseballs as they were too hard to eat. The easiest thing for them to get right was a medium Dr. Pepper but they managed to get it wrong as well totally warm.After calling to complain I was offered a replacement meal which we took. The replacement meal was better but not great. Sadly the staff didn't seem that upset that they provided a substandard mealI totally recommend staying AWAY from the Belvidere KFC

Went to order chicken bucket meal in drive-thru at 5:15 pm. Spent $51. Was told to wait in parking lot 15 minutes so they can cook chicken bit will give free brownie??? No chicken at 5:15???? Ended up with 5 cars waiting in lot. Then they come out with everyone's food and randomly hand bags to cars. They offered a 4 piece meal when we paid $51?!?!?! Then they had to go back for brownie we were promised as compensation for wait??? Nope, never going back to this one. Got home and chicken crushed in bucket so coating fell off. What a disappointment for $51!!!!

HORRIBLE Location! Last 2 times under new managment I 've been there it 's been terrible experience first time waited 30+ min for 2 individual meals because they had no chicken. Last time ordered and got the smallest peices of chicken that were cold and got the wrong sides and sodas were flat with no ice. Avoid this location. I will not be back!
