If an employee name Jennifer answers the phone, hang up until you get someone else. She was rude taking the order, stated it takes 45 minutes for the pizzas to be ready, when I called back to verify, I was then told it only takes 20 minutes When I arrived, everyone had a cell phone in hand and thumbs typing at lighting speed). When giving my change back, half dropped to the drive thru and no apology, when she handed the pizza to me, not a thank you or nothing, just the sound of the door being slammed. If one hates his or HER job that badly, please quit! find you a job that youre happy with (in that case, grow up first, leave the drama at home or the nursery,, then lay down the cell phone and do your job)

The absolute worst customer service ever. No need in calling in your order ahead of time. You’re still going to have to wait an hour+ after you arrive. Asked the young lady how much longer it was going to be because that was my whole purpose in calling my order in so that I wouldn’t have to wait. She responded “I have no idea”. No apology, no nothing! After having to wait an hour for only 8 wings…. Just give me my money back please. I won’t be returning again.

Hey have good pizza and wings. The shakes though I'd avoid. They are expensive for what definitely seems like mostly milk rather than ice cream and are super liquidy.

Not fond of the pizza but steak and cheese hoagie will do. Could be better with mushrooms.
