Papa Johns Pizza - Belton

Nothing has changed in flavor. I tried the new Epic Stuffed Crust pizza and it was not that good. I was hoping for more. I should have went with Pizza Hut!!!

I have come across the most unprofessional staff this evening while picking up an order of cold pizza. This Young male staff decided to use profanity toward customer(s) inside the store and flip off a car of young females while conversing outside the store. Then decided to be rude toward a minor picking up pizza. Nowhere in the store, does it have listed that you have to be a certain age to pick up the pizza? Then, after conversing with this male employee who had a bushy beard did not wash his hands after coming in from outside, nor had a beard bib on in the food industry, this is a violation. The pregnant Manager stepped forward and just laugh about the situation. I hope Papa John’s HR has a better resolution than what the local store did this evening and I know it’s all on camera ;)One unhappy mama bear!

Ordered 3 large pizzas for pickup for my daughters birthday party , only to realize i put it for an hour (1:15pm) later then i should have. i called 30 minutes before i actually needed the pizzas (11:50) when i noticed asked if it was possible to have them ready at 12:20 for pickup. Amazingly they did it with no questions asked or any problems

The service was great and the restaurant was clean. I ordered the Shaqaroni. It was delicious, but I think it needed more pepperoni.

Ordered pizza from this location and was very disappointed! Our pizza took over and hour and a half to deliver and then I paid for extra olives on one of the pizzas and got a total of like 10 olives on the entire pizza. I called and spoke to a Brady who was super rude and unprofessional and when I requested to speak to a manager I was told he was in the back and couldn’t take my call. So I stated I would call back once someone could speak to me and he just said ok and hung up. Horrible delivery experience and horrible customer service. They definitely need to invest in customer service training for their employees.
