Bidra med feedbackI usually have no problems in this place, but went through the drive thru at 6:00. After 5 minutes waiting time, a younger gentleman comes into the window to let me know he's right with me. A moment later, an older man comes and leans out of the window, closed his hands and gives me a look as if I interrupted him. I asked for 3 pizzas, 2 pepperoni and a cheese, 3 crazy breads and sauces. Give him my credit card. He comes back with 3 pizzas, crazy bread and a sauce, tells me I had two more sauces coming. At this point I still wait for my credit card, then he gives me my card and the reception, and two more sauces 1/4 of the way full. Now I'm ready to go, thank you. I don't get the most crazy bread cooked, 2 cheeses and a pepperoni. I have literally ordered while he typed it on the computer, the mistake was that I usually drive from janesville to buy here because the quality is better. This person Curtis has a few choices. Either you represent the business professionally or work elsewhere. We are all familiar with the underwear that every company experiences. Should the quality of the food and the customer service not have any attention? The result of this visit is that I must now choose which location between Janesville and Beloit to roll the dice that my experience will be one of the less of two evils.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. With how much price has risen tho you think the food would have remained the same. Pizza had almost no sauce and the cheese was almost so brown on the burned side. Crazy bread no longer seems to have butter or parmesan on it. Only bread sticks with a few crumbs cheese And the crazy sauce you can say has added A LOT of water to it and thin it so much. An order that cost my family cost 12 dollars simply 22 and it is obvious that they use much less of the ingredients they made a few years ago.
I saw the ads and seem very positive reviews of the new Little Caesar?s Fanceroni Pepperoni Pizza, so I decided to place an order online at my next local location in Beloit Wisconsin. I order online in the hope to save time because of the last visits where I waited 20 minutes for a single order of cheese bread in a so-called hot and ready? Location in my last visit. Since the pizza tracker was stuck on the website in the oven section, I decided to only drive to the Beloit location on Cranston and wait in the Drive-Thru line. I come in a time frame that is listed on my email reception just to wait another 15 minutes. When I came to the window, I was told that the pizza had to be restored. After additional waiting, I finally get the pizza can only to find it half cooked with pepperoni on hap-hazard. Of course, I will not come back and share my experience. I will only say if you hope to continue to have a successful franchise, I suggest better care in the quality of your product and professionalism of your employees.
Lately every time I go to this Little Caesars they are sold out of pizzas So much for the sign that says hot and ready. Like today I sat in drive-through for almost 20 minutes before I even got to the window then when I ordered food they said they're sold out of all their pizzas and it's a 15 to 20 minute wait after I already waited to order.
When I went here on Sunday they were understaffed and only had 1 person working. The inside was closed and you could only go through the drive thru which was fine. The lady took my order and brought it out to me within 10 minutes however when I came on Monday I ordered online and went through the drive thru to pick up. This time they had more people but these people had no idea what they were doing. Carry out time was at 25 minutes. 35 minutes after I placed my order the employee said that order isn 't done because I didn 't know it was there. I 'll go make it right now. An hour and 15 minutes after I placed my order I finally just got a refund. They did give me 2 pizzas out of their warmer for my wait they just weren 't what I ordered.
