Rôtisseries Benny - Beloeil

Poor service! You could hear the cooks on the back acting up. Took over a 1/2 hour to get the meals I ordered . Got home and the tomatoes in the wrap was rotten!!!

This was my first time at benny’s and i can say im really disappointed. the cashier was the rudest person i’ve ever met, our order wasnt complete, i asked for the new pokebowl and they didnt put anything we asked in it, there was only rice and two pieces of chicken. there was barely any sauce. paid 15$ for that and it was cold as well. we waited 30 minutes for all of that and we were alone in the restaurant and we called to get something because our order was ridiculous and the cashier was literally so rude and mean to everyone and sighed in our faces the whole time we ordered, and she just gave us a 5$ credit while screaming on the phone. go to st-hubert instead: i got a picture of the pokebowl we asked for lettuce, cucumber, corn, onions but i cant post it here apparently

This by far the worst Benny’s I have ever dealt with. My order took 1 hour and 45 minutes to deliver and I live 5 kms away. The food was cold when it arrived and they forgot the drink I ordered. Part of my order was onions rings that cost $5.49. I got 5 onion rings for that price. I wish I could post a picture of it here to show everyone. To sum it all up they have very poor service, cold food and they rip you with small portions. Stay away at all costs

I saw something abnormal !!!Any delivery from this restaurant Uber and DoorDash) they ask the delivery guy to go inside the kitchen to pick up his orderThat’s mean everyone could access to the kitchen!!!The access to the kitchen in any restaurant should be forbidden to people from outside the restaurant, to avoid any cross contamination,Hope to hear explanation about this observation.Is that allowed by health Canada ??

Tried it for the first time yesterday. The chicken is good, but the fries are bland. And I didn't like the gravy, it didn't taste great and it had a jellow consistency. ? I prefer St-Hubert Express.
