Mcdonald's - Beloeil

Very rude staff, they take time to chat with their friends while orders are ready and customers are waiting. Food is thrown in a bag and they call it a meal.

No internetChantal manager said she can't do anything.Sara the supervisor is not at the resto it's 915 am# 2 Yan the manger is a very unprofessional manger it is 940am ... He is arrogant...I asked to be served by another person and he said no that I can leave the Mc Donald's...I refused ...this punk full of tattoos!! No name tag!!He then asked what I wanted ... I refused and left!!Never internet there!! Don't go !! They are cheap!! They don't want to pay for internet for customers!!!They are playing a game...the don't want customers in the resto....so they make sure the internet is not working!!!!Unprofessional!!! They are giving a bad name to McDonald's!!We will go very high up make sure these mangers get fired!!

Yan thé 940am manger full of tattoos and attitude!!!They purposely do not make the Internet work so that customers don’t stay at McDonald’s. They are not following the McDonald’s policy. And I told him and he and you that I was right and then proceeded with an attitude and then I said I want someone else to serve me, and then he said I could leave and then I refuse cause he’s not the owner he’s just a temporary manager who would 100% expired Everything on video!!Do not go to this McDonald’s they purposely do not make the Internet work so that customers don’t stay at the restaurant! We will be taking this higher up at the McDonald’s franchise, and for sure these managers will get fired!

The waiting time excessively long, not a fast food standard for sure when you have to wait your order for 14 minutes
