Bidra med feedbackI don’t know what has happened at the Belmont, NC McDonald’s in the last few months, but it has REALLY gone downhill!! My family I go there at least once a week, and we have not received a correct order in months!! Food has been left out, wrong food has been received, wrong sizes received, etc… It is extremely frustrating!! And when you are buying meals for at least 4 people, that’s quite a bit of money these days! You would think with all of the new renovations they have done things would be running smoothly, but it is a DISASTER!!
Used to have really fast drive throughservice, now they want to send you to the reserved spots for ANYTHING, I get it for large orders but for one sandwich and a drink with a 3 car line is rediculous
Drive through, parked, for lunch, Fish sandwich/ fries/ tea. The sandwich was so, so, good bun, small fish patty a quarter slice American cheese , think it was a half, slice, folded, on edge of bun, not impressed for the price, fries were good, tea also. No napkins, so I walked in, no napkins, condiments, anywhere. Waited only a few minutes, a young man, graciously asked if I needed anything, napkins, ketchup, salt. Only been here once before, if you go inside, you have to order from a computer Kiosk, they have two, crash course in how to operate, while customers waited impatiently for their turn, self serve....anyway, won't be returning there. Gave service 4 stars, because one young man was attentive, pleasant and helpful. The fish filet sandwich was pitiful, the micro- bun ,was tasty, think I've given up on McDonald's, maybe if they bring the $1 menu back, like many places, quality has gone down, prices up, perfect storm of corporate greed. The customer service was the only redeeming quality, I miss the McDonalds of 10 years ago, even 5 years ago....
Customer service should get negative stars. Fast food should be...well...you guessed it. Fast. Convenient. Simple. Easy. And you may all hate working there, or hate the customers...either way I don 't care. The manager is rude, the young girl at the counter doesn 't even acknowledge people waiting, and after overhearing that we were a problem order that was enough for me. We weren 't a problem order , it was a machine/management/customer service problem. No one wants to assist you when there is an issue, and they certainly don 't want to take your order. They just want you to rely on a kiosk that has insufficient methods of payment. If something is not working, out of order, or isn 't ready to be utilized how about A SIGN? Or better yet, DON 'T OFFER IT AS AN OPTION ON THE KIOSK. You have the capability of turning that feature off. They didn 't even know that cash payments were being accepted, they thought it was for donations to the Ronald McDonald House. And since they didn 't know what it was for, they initially weren 't even going to correct the issue and give us our change, food, or even a refund. Food just thrown in the bag. Don 't have to worry about assisting me with anything in the future; I will drive out of the way rather than deal with that.
Always cook bigger orders fresh to serve and they always taste the best, especially our 2 for $3.49 deals on mcchickens, mcdoubles, and small fries. Hands down the best tasting Micky D's around!!
