Bidra med feedbackThe food was good, but the restaurant was extremely cold. I asked the staff about the warmth and it was told that it was because of the large amount of windows. The staff was dressed with jackets to keep warm. We probably won't go back in winter. It is not a nice experience to eat in a cold environment. Sister restaurant next door, La Dolce Vita, seemed to have a lot of warmth, despite all the glass windows it has. As you can surpass my previous comments, eating in a cold restaurant in winter is one of my pet pieces.
Go to the view. The food was average. Pasta boils and spreads pizza. All the other reviews about the staff say is on site. The waitress was nice, but the food delivery was irritated from table to table. Had to ask for water several times, but no problem getting refills on drinks we paid.
With a big group. Our table was ready as soon as we arrived. Services were excellent and everything we ordered was delicious. Will definitely be back.
The food at La Terrazza was okay, but the service was terrible. Unfortunately, a bad waiting staff can ruin a good meal. The restaurant has great potential with a sea view, good pizza, and a cheap Italian menu. However, our experience was marred by the service, particularly from the waitress who took care of our table and two adjacent tables. There was a lot of confusion, with appetizers arriving at the same time as our entrees, and a lack of bread. Despite the good food coming from the kitchen, the poor organization of the service let the overall experience down. Our waitress acknowledged her mistakes when she wrote down our dessert order, showing that she knew she had failed. Better attention to detail and communication with customers could greatly improve the dining experience at La Terrazza.
We have always loved this restaurant but won't be back any time soon. Our entrees were brought out before our apps and had to be returned and had to wait very long for the app. We had to ask for the bread halfway through meal bc they forgot it. Wait staff was inattentive to our needs and our expectation was they would have made up for mishaps by comping one of our drinks. Needless to say there was no recognition for all that went wrong. Service is just important as the food!
