Great tacos great customer service. First time customer. Actually tried out of curiosity because of name. The server answered all questions happily about company, product etc. Not feeling rushed. I was very happy, enjoyed the food and atmosphere.

Awesome tacos. I walked in as they were closing and still they were happy to take my order. Even after I said I'd never been to a taco John's and did know what to get. Staff was friendly and helped me choose what to try.

I live in Cleveland but every time I drive down to Columbus I make sure I stop here! The grilled stuffed tacos are the best thing here. They should really open more locations here in Ohio. The food is way better than Taco Bell.

They made a black bean taco for me and work well together, seems like a good team.
