Braceria Pizzeria Al Ponte Da Tiziana E Valerio

Wir waren am 18.11.22 im al Ponte bei Tiziana und Valerio essen. Ich habe das Restaurant über Google gefunden und muss wirklich sagen, dass es die beste Wahl im Vergleich zu einem Grotto war. Schon bei der Reservierung wurde ich außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten zurückgerufen, was ich sehr schätze. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und ausgezeichnet bedient. Wir ließen uns von Tiziana beraten und Valerio hat großartig gekocht. Das Fleisch war erstklassig, und nach dem Essen kamen sie zusammen an den Tisch, um nachzufragen, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit war – so etwas erlebt man selten. Ich kann das Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen und komme sehr gerne wieder. Grazie Tiziana e Valerio!

Gutes italienisches Restaurant, preiswert und lecker. Außerdem gibt es Appenzeller Bier.

Terrible service, we waited over an hour for our food even though there were only a few other tables occupied. Incompetent young waitress, the one who I imagine is the owner should change her job, customer service really doesn't know what it is, neither out of kindness nor competence! Kitchen coordination bad pizzeria! When the children had long since finished their plate of pasta two sandwiches arrived, which were cold as we saw that they had waited a while before being brought to the table. Then calmly the meat and finally the pinse. The food was good, at least that! The waitresses seemed to purposely ignore us as they walked past us all the time. At the end of dinner they didn't come by to ask if we wanted a coffee or dessert, only when we got up to go to pay did she think of asking if we wanted a coffee. To pay he rolled his eyes because we wanted two bills being two families, he was wrong to charge the first family who had to return from the parking lot, the second he asks what we pay, obviously how much is left, right?!? We found this somewhat inconspicuous restaurant by accident. Bruschetta, pizza and pinsa were very fine! I also liked the open Merlot rosato and the Merlot rosso tasted good. The hosts are very personable. We sat outside. Personally, I would say the ambience z. For example, change a lot with beautiful plants or rustic furnishings so that it has a little more charm and invites you to sit on the terrace.
