Amazing food! Good Service and practically no wait time. This is an awesome place to introduce people to vegan food.

Amazing fries and my partner loved his ruban burger. Thank you for offering some healthy options (Baja bowl, tempeh, soy curls) along with the more indulgent fare- I'll be back to try those!

My husband and I love New Public Food Truck! We’ve tried many of the menu items and have enjoyed all of them. The vegan drumsticks are to die for and we are obsessed with the French fries. We’ve visited with our vegan and non vegan friends and everyone was in agreement that the food was incredible. Highly recommend!

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately the gyro fries did not do it for me. The fries were tasty, cooked in coconut oil but unfortunately I didn't find the meat seasoning tasty and the tzatziki was a bit chunky for my taste. I also could have used more vegetables in the fries as well. There was a significant portion of fries, meat, and sauce in the large fries, so smaller eaters should consider sizing down. Perhaps I will try a different menu item in the future and give this place another go.

Great food, but the coconut oil fries have a very unique and strong taste that wasn’t for me. First time in my life I didn’t want to eat fries.
