Insomnia Cookies - Bellingham

Best cookie place ever. Crispy yet soft. Warm and amazing. So worth it. They are incredibly sweet as well. Will be back ASAP!!

We were in the area and I had to do some shopping but I needed some calories first, so we walked in to Insomnia Cookies to get a fix, well sort of... I think next time I 'll be trying the ice cream, or going somewhere else, because the Double Chocolate Chunk cookie I ordered was the biggest letdown of 2023. When I ordered a cookie at specialty cookie shop I expected to be bedazzled, instead I looked at my friend and said what 's this? . My cookie was very small for a $2.95 cookie, not only that, the flavor didn 't at all provoke me to go back and order another one. I honestly could have walked over to Haggen and picked up an entire bag of cookies from their bakery for another $3 and had a far superior cookie experience. The cashier was very friendly, and the customer bathroom was clean. The ice cream looked good, I might try that next time. I 'll be going elsewhere for cookies though.

It's really overpriced. Staff was kind, all props to her but 20$ for two orders of cookies is such a stretch

I’ve ordered from the website and did the shipping to my house, but finally got to try the in person cookie experience on a recent trip to Bellingham and I must say the cookies and frosting are amazing! Ordered a variety of the larger cookies to take home and freeze and they freeze and thaw excellent! I can’t wait to go back up north to Bellingham because this will be on my list of stops each and every time going forward.What scrumptious cookies!! The person working was friendly and even tossed in an extra cookie, completely unexpected since they were out of one variety that I’d chosen.

Fine cookies but for the price you could get much better cookies elsewhere. Better off just buying pastries from a grocery store or different bakery.
