Mcdonald's - Bellflower

11am, and I waited for 20 minutes just for a mcdouble and a chicken sandwich. The wait was so long I did even have time to wait for my order and we'll as another customer was tired of waiting and took odf before me. The to have the cooks not be seen, how would you know if the food fresh or are they just going to give you someone else ordered that was left behind due to how it take to get the customer food. This is the worst experience I have ever had at any food chain. This location needs new management and crew for how the would be paying customer is treated and to be across from a donation center where people need to eat soon to feel well. That location is a complete failure.

Horrible service. Many people are waiting and the workers are extremely slow. I got a McFlurry and wasn’t even filled to the top. I am currently typing this review while waiting for my order I have been waiting on for 20 minutes.

Great customer service, I ordered a tote of 13 cookies and they bake them for me, in other McDonald's they always say they don't have any ..

The people at this location in the drive-through can never seem to get the order right! You always have to double check your order at the window and politely ask them to make it right! instead of making you a new order, they renovate and redo the order that you already received and return back to them, and then they give it back to you again, which is wrong they should make a new item that was wrong to begin with. This location is very convenient, but it is the worst. McDonald’s fast food that I have ever eaten at.

I came today Friday 1/12/24 @630pm From the manager to the cashier. Worst customer service. They all move like turtles here and forget everything. Seriously all kids that just don’t care and have no customer service. You have to yell because they all hide in the back to not help you.
