Taco Johns - Bellevue

I love this place. Food is always hot (even if you make delivery). The staff is friendly and fast - especially Robin! You ensure that your order is made quickly and correctly. The meat and the potato burrito is always good and I really like the taco salad. Also the filled grilled taco (Yum) and the spicy chicken and potato griller (delicious spicy sauce). Plus the potatoes oil and cheese is always a hit.

Exceptional customer service has almost become a thing of the past. We consumers have used to outsource customer service departments and faceless, electronic help. There is always a bit of hope when someone actually goes beyond and beyond the reputation of duty and offers excellent customer support. A young lady named Nikita gave me OUTSTANDING customer service in the drive-thru! TACO JOHN 'S IST LUCKY HERAUS!

Every time I go, I'm greeted by a friendly lady. I think her name is Robin. It is always so positive and ensures that you smile and enjoy the visit.

My first review of this store was not good, but I changed it. Maybe they only had a bad day. I went back in and they were responsive and so nice. They prepared my order and let me know what was going on all the time. My customer was very satisfied with his order and Taco John worked with me as a team to let this happen. Thanks Taco John's!
