It's okay tho as franchise but they know average asian boba tee. If they can't have anything fantastic, then this would be a good choice.

I got the matcha/brown sugar tea. The taste is different and less overbearing than other shops. I think Yifang does not add artificial ingredients so that’s why. The price is higher, you pay for quality ingredients..

(1) Awful environment. Nearly 25 carboard boxes are covering the interior which ruins the feel as soon you enter the place and makes it feel cheap.(2) They have no menu on the wall. You grab a physical plastic menu that is way to oversized to hold without hitting someone. Which are placed at the register so you have to push past people to even see the drinks before you get ready to order. Then, once you decide what you want on that menu. You can 't just tell the employees you gotta ENTER YOUR PHONE NUMBER to order and then use an IPAD (to find the drink you already decided on while waiting) with a small UI that doesn 't even have the drinks in the same categories as the physical menu you just looked at. So its hard to find your drink while looking at menu that only can view 3-4 drinks at a time because the screen is too small for the thumbnails. Awful setup and makes it really slow to order for everyone.(3) I wanted to get a smoothie and add Boba. But I can 't actually do that because the IPAD menu doesn 't let me add it to it. Ask the employee and they said some drinks you can 't add boba to . Ok, but you can PHYSICALLY add boba to my drink, right? I can 't get boba in a drink because your menu doesn 't let me? Wow. What a bad design by the owner. Bet the employees get annoyed with this 10x an hour.(4) The place was dirty and dusty. You could see the dust caking the napkin dispensers. At this point I was already annoyed with this place and just noticed everything poorly done. It clearly hasn 't been cleaned in awhile.(5) The actual drinks tasted AWFUL. I got 100% sugar in the milk tea and it tasted like nothing was added. My wife 's drink wasn 't any better. We literally threw them both in the trash without drinking them. The Taro drink is shown and a nice purple milk with foam on the menu. I was given a brown drink with no flavor. You ever tasted Taro chunks without any other flavors or sugar? I was literally given a drink of milk and taro chunks. In no way was it a tea or have any sugar. Awful.Awful place overall. I don 't know how they pay rent.

Great friendly service. I ordered online while I was on my way (I wasn't driving). The cute boba cup shaped egg puff waffle was delicious but does take 20-30 minutes so best order ahead!The boba is perfectly soft and chewy as it should be! Love that you can adjust the ice sweetness level to your preference. My go to is 70% but I always try it at the regular the first time and adjust accordingly. They also have awesome milk non dairy options.I made a mistake with my drink order and the staff was super friendly to help me fix my mistake!We will be back!

This was my first time trying Yi Fang and won't be my last! I ordered the classic black milk tea with lychee jellies. I love that there's the option for non dairy creamer and 50% sugar level. This was so delicious that I was ecstatic to find out there's a location in Portland! This is now my favorite milk tea shop
