Sukho Thai - Bellevue

I'm not a vegetarian, but sometimes I just like veggie dishes. on the other day I found a garnel dish in my meal, terrible. Not to mention, there is a girl who works on this place, not as bright or whatever, she ordered me wrong meal several times (not a big thing though)

The food at this restaurant is good, but the service when placing a telephone order or requesting delivery is lacking. I ordered two dishes of drunken noodles, specifically asking for bamboo shoots on the side for only one of them. Despite repeating my request multiple times, the server only included bamboo shoots in one of the dishes. When I asked for the mistake to be corrected, the server was unapologetic and refused to acknowledge their error. Instead, they blamed me for not being clear enough in my order. It is important for staff, especially young employees, to learn how to properly interact with customers and take responsibility for their mistakes. In the future, a sincere apology and perhaps a complimentary dish should be offered to rectify any errors without placing blame on the customer.

The restaurant used to have a fantastic vegan lunch buffet, but unfortunately the owner has decided to discontinue it. Originally a pescetarian restaurant with a wide variety of vegan options, they have now shifted to serving meat. Despite this change, I still think it deserves 4 stars because the vegan dishes are still top-notch.

I took my team out for lunch at this restaurant, none of whom are vegan or vegetarian, and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The buffet may not be extensive, but everything was delicious!

This place is amazing and makes it worth going to Bellevue. Their vegan lunch buffet is fantastic. My wife got deep-fried vegan spring rolls she's been dreaming about for years. Do yourself a favor and check it out.
