My favorite place to get coffee! I have to order sugar free as I am diabetic. They have so many choices. I use almond milk.
It was pouring rain out and we were in a bit of a hurry. We sat at the speaker and said hello about 20 times and then sat there for a good 3-5 minutes in the RAIN. Eventually we decided to just pull forward. We were greeted with instant attitude. She was getting mad and telling us that we were supposed to order at the speaker and she claimed that she said hello multiple times back. She took our order and was still being rude. We gave them a tip anyway and then she immediately was happy with us and nice. I love scooters and I hope that you can either train them more or if worse comes to worse find different employees. I hope the owner of this franchise fixes this problem and soon.
SLOW service! We were stuck in their line for 15 minutes!! The drive thru has no way to go around once you're in line you're stuck. This location really needs to step it up. This is the 3rd time I've been thru this location and they're slow everytime. Once we actually get to the window the employees are not friendly either. As if we are bothering them. I'm not too keen on being late every morning because of extremely slow service. I'll use a different location or go to Starbucks instead from now on.
I have been a regular at this location for more than a year now; the manager and crew have provided nothing less than stellar customer service to me every single time I have been there. The staff make an effort to ask about my day, memorize my name and regular order (even new staff, which makes me wonder if the manager has a training program to teach them about the regulars), and they even remembered my birthday in November after I had mentioned it in June. The coffee is always exactly how I want it, and is ready by the time I pull around every time. Honna, Katie, and the entire staff at this location are consummate professionals and are examples of what the industry standard should be. I could not more highly recommend this location.
