Ricardo's Mexican - Bellevue

They had a person on the front basically hand making tortillas. I was excited to try them, but honestly they weren't so great. I had ordered chicken fajitas, but the chicken was dry and stick to the pan. Another person in my group had ordered afteros, but when she broke it out, the cheese was already hard, every time he tried to eat a chip, it broke. They also do not allow to refill the house drinks like horchata, although in the same cup they serve the wells drinks in. It was $3,75. The food tasted very little quality and when we brought it to the attention of our waiter, he took it back and seemed insulted. The overall impression of the restaurant seems sad and dark and not everything it was earlier. But at least there were parking spaces.

The fresh tortillas make the difference in this otherwise average Mexican/American style dressage. Many free parking and freendly service do not hurt either. FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations than I travel the world?

I?ve been going to this restaurant for somewhere near 20 years. Still my favorite place across the entire world. Consistent quality food, great ownership, wonderful service. I get a margarita every time and my favorite dish is still the pork carnitas. I recommend this restaurant every time anyone wants Mexican food and would travel any distance to eat here (I live in Snohomish county and still visit frequently) love this team, I recognize all the same smiles.

People say their service was good. My experience was the opposite of good. Our waiter was chillingly rude, short and curt. He never stopped by to check on us, never offered to get us more salsa, I had to ask him for it, then he passed our table 3 times before he brought us more. Never asked if we'd like more drinks! I mean c'mon, dining out is about the food and the experience. This guy ruined both for us. I can spend $60 dollars closer to home. I won't EVER go back to this place.

We used to go to this family restaurant many years ago. Overall food and service are good. They prepare the tortilla freshly at the entrance of the restaurant so they are great. Margarita are very good. On the other hand, I wish they had a guacamole option prepared at the table. Restaurant looks a bit dated
