I wish you could choose the store the order is delivered from. The factoria store in Bellevue is the worst. They always forget items and the driver has to go back. Do not even think about ordered extra sauce as you will never get it, but will get charged for it. Avoid this store at all costs, as the employees and manager are not helpful either (they could care less that they messed up an order).

The BBQ Burnt Ends N Bacon Burger is somewhat underwhelming. The burnt ends are somewhat soft and lack proper char. If you’re seeking an authentic burnt end experience, this burger falls short. However, the burger itself is still quite tasty overall.

I usually enjoy Red Robin, but today I was disappointed. I received a soggy burger; both buns were slimy and fell apart. The fries were also inconsistent—half were cooked properly while the other half were soggy and tasted undercooked. Unfortunately, I’m quite dissatisfied.

I was quite disappointed with our order. The Bacon Cheeseburger and onion rings were served cold. The Southwest Salad was particularly unsatisfying; the chicken was overcooked, and it seemed like they had run out of lettuce. The little they provided was wilted and not fresh, making it inedible for me.
