The food was OK. The young lady at the drive up window was so nice ans sweet but they forgot a salad which was a bit disappointing. Supposedly they are gonna make it up and send me a voucher but we'll see. Restaurants say one thing but...

They consistently fail to complete a large order. 3 times now… I get home home to find out I’ve been screwed at the drive thru.. In today’s world it’s probably just my fault for not checking everything before I drive off. And they cut the salad from the family meal? Skimping on your deal and ya can’t provide what’s left of the meal…. Sorry Fazolies but we’re done

I went through the drive thru with my son. He really wanted a piece of cheesecake. I ordered a piece for him. When we arrived home there wasn’t a piece of cheesecake in the bag. I called and spoke to the manager. He was going to send some coupons so we could come back a different day. The coupons never came. I called back and talked to the manager again. The coupons still never came. It’s not really the money, it’s the fact the manager said on two different occasions they would send coupons.
