McDonald's - Belleville

Arrived late at night/early in the morning around 3:00am. Ordered promptly. The lady at the cash and the man at the window were pleasant and communicated efficiently. The food was some of the freshest, best tasting McDonald's I've ever eaten. Best of all, by 3:00am standards, it was ready quickly! I'm impressed! I requested a few fries or an old nugget as a treat for my dog, and the supervisor had a meltdown. There are some strange individuals working here. Every time I order extra Oreos, they skimp out or forget the caramel. It's probably my mistake for ordering McDonald's, but still. It's definitely not as good as it used to be when I was a child.

The new white lids on the coffee's suck because they don't stay attached I've spilt boat for coffees in my truck so far I might have to start going elsewhereService: 4/5

Bad experienceWent to drive thru last night and ordered iced coffee. They were not made with the required sugar n tasted nasty. Today I ordered delivery. Food was cold. Burger was not customized as ordered. I'm getting very disappointed with the food and poor customer service at this location as this seems to happen every time.

Super friendly staff and has been this way for years and years. Whoever has managed this restaurant over the years has always made sure they have happy staff. I believe McDonald's is a good company to work for I have heard. I believe this gets passed down to the customers ...at least at this location. They are very friendly and have been for over 10 plus yrs I have lived in Belleville. Never had 1 bad experience there ever.
